Z250 SL
Kawasaki’s latest addition to its aggressive Supernaked Z series is the Z250SL. Powered by a 249 cm³ 4-stroke Single mounted in an original trellis frame, the newest Z offers sporty performance in a slim, lightweight and compact package. Designed for the sports-minded urban commuter, this lighter, racier alternative to the Z250 offers competitive Ninja-based performance, quick, nimble handling, and aggressive ergonomics.
Keeping sugomi * performance in mind, both engine and chassis tuning were optimised for a Supernaked package. Compare to its predecessor, the new Z250 ABS offers lighter handling and stronger low end feeling – a rider friendly combination ideal for fun, nimble street riding.
Matching its exciting performance, the Z250 ABS is clad in aggressive new styling. Inspired by the sugomi styling of the flagship Z models, all-new bodywork blends the designs of the Z650 ABS and Z250 ABS to deliver an aggressive, agile, masculine impression.
Whether deftly navigating the urban jungle or parked strikingly on a street corner, this lightweight, powerful Supernaked is sure to turn heads.

SPORTY ALL-DIGITAL INSTRUMENTATION
All-digital instrument panel gives the cockpit a modern, sporty look. Its easy-to-read features include a digital bar-graph tachometer, digital speedometer, odometer, dual trip meters, clock, and fuel gauge.
WIDE, FLAT-STYLE HANDLEBAR
More compact clutch (ø139 mm >> ø125 mm) with less rigid operating plates offers a 20% lighter lever pull. Complementing the extremely light feel at the lever, the new clutch has a wider engagement range, facilitating control.
SLIM SEXY STYLING
The contrast between its flared and waisted sections gives the bike a dynamic, hourglass figure. Its parts were all designed to be as compact as possible, and are mounted as closely as possible to the frame to further reinforce the bike’s slim design as well as adding to high quality looks.
PETAL DISC BRAKES
Front and rear disc brakes offer impressive stopping performance. Petal disc design adds to the sporty Kawasaki looks.
ORIGINAL SLIM, COMPACT TRELLIS FRAME
Composed of high-tensile steel main tubes with steel truss to ensure an optimum rigidity balance, the Z250SL’s trellis frame contributes to its light, nimble handling. In addition to being a key component in the bike’s lightweight, slim design, the elegant frame adds to the Z250SL’s cool, sexy looks.
UNI-TRAK REAR SUSPENSION
Uni-Trak rear suspension provides great road holding ability and bump absorption, contributing to the bike’s sporty handling. The shock linkage decreases leverage on the shock as the suspension is compressed: small bumps are damped very lightly while big bumps receive lots of damping.SPECIFICATIONS
